What locations do you serve?

How far in advanced do I need to book an appointment?
We suggest booking your appointment at least a day in advance. However, we always have one photographer reserved for our CRC members so they can book as soon as the same day. Book a consultation to learn more.
Do you have any pre-shoot checklist?
Can you shoot a home without anyone else present on location?
Absolutely, If instructed, we can definitely start shooting the property and enter via lockbox or hidden key. However, I have to mention we will have a small extra charge of $19.99 if our staff need to travel to an offsite location to pick up a key for entry.
How do you accept payment?
We accept multiple forms of payment such as cash or online payment if you book through our website. your browser would automatically redirect you to payment link.
What is our reschedule/cancellation policy?
We understand in this fast-paced world, things happen. We would hope that you would give us notice as soon as you were made aware of a problem. If a cancellation is made less then 8 hours from our appointment time, you may be subject to a $75 dollar cancellation fee, but for rescheduling it would be no problem and you don’t have to pay us anything. Keeping you guys satisfied with our service and our team is our most important priority. Not just saying that, as of cliché, but we do really mean it.
You took photos of my listing 2 months ago, can you resend me those photos?
We do our best to find all photos and resend them to you. but unfortunately as all other media companies, due to our high volume shootings everyday, we won’t be able to hold images for more than 30 days.
Do you edit my photos?
Absolutely! experience bracket-style shooting on sets for meticulous editing. Every image is meticulously hand-blended, ensuring a crisp and detailed outcome.
How long does a photoshoot take?
Photoshoots length is determined by the size of the property. The larger the property, the longer it takes. but usually it would take anywhere between 20 – 45 minutes
What is the turnaround time for photos?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours from the end of the photoshoot. But most of the times we deliver sooner. Although if you choose rush delivery option at the end of your booking, all photos would be delivered the same day by 11:59 pm.
How are my photos delivered?
All photos are delivered online via a link that you will receive via text and email, once the editing section is done. you can easily download all photos, choosing from different ratios such as MLS standard to the Original High Quality Size.
How is my video delivered?
We will provide you with a download link via email that you can easily get your video with just a click.
Can I choose the music for my video?
Due to the social media copy right policies, we have to choose from a wide range of royalty free music to remain in compliance with all major social media platforms and the MLS. So, we can’t wait for you to tell us your favorite genre and our magic editors here will send you 2-5 options to choose from, at which point you may select from that list and we go from there.
